As you know we just recently signed a one-year contract with your company. I
wanted to let you know how much we are benefiting from the use of the Courthouse
Retrieval System. As you know we had this service over a year ago and we dropped
it: because we found little use for it. Since YOU took the time to train us, Centurion
Mortgage Company, on how we can benefit from the use of this system we have
found it to be most successful in our prospecting. The training you gave us has made
all the difference in the world.

I just wanted to let you know how we are doing. Far to many times you never hear
