Error: Your current settings prohibit running Active X controls
PROBLEM
Internet Explorer displays the error message
"Your current settings prohibit running Active X controls on this page. As a result, the page may not display correctly."
SOLUTION
1. Close the current Internet Explorer window and open a new one.
2. Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
3. In the resulting window, click on the Security tab. The Internet icon should already be selected by default.
4. Click on the Custom Level radio button at the bottom.
5. Under the Reset Custom Settings section at the bottom, change the Reset to: level to Medium.
6. Click on the Reset radio button and click OK.
