CRS - How to Import into Excel
HOWTO
1. Export the data from our system. See How to Export Records.

2. Open Excel. Click File then Open. Select the Location where you saved your data file. Under Files of type: select All Files. Double-click the data file you want to use.

3. In the Text Import Wizard - Step 1 of 3 select Delimited and click Next.

4. In the Text Import Wizard - Step 2 of 3 uncheck Tab and put a check beside Comma. Click Next.

5. In the Text Import Wizard - Step 3 of 3 do not change any settings and click Finish.

6. The data should appear in your Excel window. To save this page click File then Save As.

7. Select the location you want to Save in and give the file a name. Under Save as type select Microsoft Excel Workbook(*.xls). Click Save.
