Error Authenticating your Account, Missing Realty Board ID

PROBLEM
When accessing CRS tax website through your MLS website you get an error message similar to this:

SOLUTION
Delete the Cookie files in Internet Explorer.

1. Close any programs you have open
2. Click Start button and select Settings. Go to Control Panel.
3. Double-click the icon for Internet or Internet Options.
4. Under the General tab, click the Settings button.
5. In the next window click the View Files button.
6. In the next window click Edit, select Select All. All the files should become highlighted.
7. Press your Delete key on the keyboard. Click Yes, you are sure you want to delete the selected cookies.
8. After the files are deleted click the X in the top right hand corner to close the window. Click OK then OK again on the next window.
9. Click the X in the top right hand corner to close the Control Panel.
