CRS - How to Print Labels
HOWTO
1. Search for the records you want to print labels for.
NOTE You do not need to mark the records if you want to print labels for all the records in your search.
See below if you only want to print labels for marked records.

2. Click the Export/Labels button.

3. The Options for Exporting Records/Printing Labels page will open. Enter the Number of Records you want to print labels for. Number cannot be more than 300, the default is 30 records.
See below if you have more than 300 records to print labels for.

4. You have the option to Skip records with no zip code and to Remove exact duplicates. Put a check mark in the desired boxes.

5. For Addressee Is Displayed As: select one of the options
If you are printing labels for individuals use First Name First.
If you are printing labels for companies use Last Name First.

6. For Address Used Is: select the option you are most interested in.
For Owners Address this will be the mailing address for the owner of the property
For Property Address this will be the actual property's address. The owner of the property may not be at this address.

7. For When Printing Labels: You have the option to Include Line for "OR CURRENT RESIDENT" and to Include Title (Mr./Ms.) on the First Line.
Put a check mark in the desired boxes.

8. For Create Labels select the type of label paper you have.
5160 - contains 30 labels on a page. 3 across and 10 down.
5162 - contains 14 labels on a page. 2 across and 7 down.

9. Click one of the green labels button. Depending on which one you click you must have the appropriate software installed.
Labels - requires the Free CRS Print Center. See How to Install the Free CRS Print Center.
PDF Labels - requires the Free Adobe Acrobat Reader. See How to Install Adobe Acrobat Reader.

10. Follow one of the set of instructions below:
A. LABELS - In the File Download window that opens, select the Open option.
CRS Print Center will open, click the Print button to send the labels to the printer.
NOTE: To change the starting label, click the Labels tab. Click the Set Starting Label button and click once on the label position desired.

OR

B. PDF LABELS - Click in the circle for the desired starting label. (Starting Label is the first label that will be printed on) Click the green OK button.
Adobe Acrobat Reader will open and the labels will come up on the screen. Click File then Print
