| CRS - How to Print Labels for more than 300 Records |
HOWTO 1. After printing labels for the first 300 records. See How to Print Labels for help. Click your back button until you are at the Search Results page. (Where the Export/Labels button is located) 2. In the far left column you should see 1/#### (#### represents the number of records found) This means you are on record number 1.
3. Now in the far left column you should see 301/#### (#### represents the number of records found) This means you are on record number 301. Click the Export/Labels button. NOTE The following options you choose should be the same as the first 300.
5. You have the option to Skip records with no zip code and to Remove exact duplicates. Put a check mark in the desired boxes. 6. For Addressee Is Displayed As: select one of the options
7. For Address Used Is: select the option you are most interested in.
8. For When Printing Labels: You have the option to Include Line for "OR CURRENT RESIDENT" and to Include Title (Mr./Ms.) on the First Line.
9. For Create Labels select the type of label paper you have.
10. Click one of the green labels button. Depending on which one you click you must have the appropriate software installed.
11. Follow one of the set of instructions below:
OR B. PDF LABELS - Click in the circle for the desired starting label. (Starting Label is the first label that will be printed on) Click the green OK button.Adobe Acrobat Reader will open and the labels will come up on the screen. Click File then Print 12. If you have more records to print labels for, repeat the above steps.
