| CRS - How to Print Labels for Marked Records |
HOWTO 1. After you have marked the records you want to print labels for. Click the Export/Labels button. 2. The Options for Exporting Records/Printing Labels page will open. For Number of Records select the Marked Records option. Note: The number of records you marked will be in parentheses 3. You have the option to Skip records with no zip code and to Remove exact duplicates. Put a check mark in the desired boxes. 4. For Addressee Is Displayed As: select one of the options
5. For Address Used Is: select the option you are most interested in.
6. For When Printing Labels: You have the option to Include Line for "OR CURRENT RESIDENT" and to Include Title (Mr./Ms.) on the First Line.
7. For Create Labels select the type of label paper you have.
8. Click one of the green labels button. Depending on which one you click you must have the appropriate software installed.
9. Follow one of the set of instructions below:
OR B. PDF LABELS - Click in the circle for the desired starting label. (Starting Label is the first label that will be printed on) Click the green OK button.Adobe Acrobat Reader will open and the labels will come up on the screen. Click File then Print
